Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the POS Hardware and Barcode Scanner industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT hardware or solution sales along with team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Lead and mentor Sales Executives
- Handle enterprise and high-value clients
- Monitor sales targets and team performance
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years experience in IT Hardware/POS sales
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Telugu
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of barcode scanners and POS systems
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
