Tien is arestaurant in the heart of Shivajinagar, Pune, with 13 years of consistent operations. We are looking for a dedicated Waiter / F&B Service Associate who takes pride in creating warm, memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests; present menus and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, stations, and service equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints with composure and professionalism
- Assist in daily opening, and closing duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel F&B setting
- Minimum 10th standard pass; hotel management diploma preferred
- Conversational English; Marathi/Hindi fluency an advantage
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
