Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of electric two-wheelers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.
- Inspect, repair, and replace components such as batteries, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, brakes, suspension, and tires.
- Conduct battery health checks, charging system inspections, and battery replacement when required.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle issues and update firmware.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
- Follow safety procedures while handling high-voltage components and lithium-ion batteries.
- Support customers by explaining repair work and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with spare parts and service teams to ensure timely repairs.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1years of experience in automobile service, EV service, or related technical roles (freshers with EV training may also apply).
Technical Skills
- Understanding of EV systems, including:
- Electric motors and motor controllers
- Charging systems and charging protocols
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Electrical wiring and circuit testing
Working Conditions
- Service centers, workshops, dealerships, or EV manufacturing facilities.
- May require field service visits for breakdown support.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with electrical systems and batteries.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
