We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and current trends, and will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize for ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials and creative assets
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights/recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective
- Support influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and other growth initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (adjust based on seniority level)
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (WordPress, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation and email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
