Job Title: Primary Coordinator

Job Summary
The Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and pastoral activities of the primary section. The role involves supporting teachers, monitoring student progress, ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day academic activities of the primary section.
- Support teachers with lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
- Monitor teaching and learning to ensure curriculum standards are maintained.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Track and review student academic progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Coordinate assessments, examinations, projects, and academic reporting.
- Work closely with teachers to develop differentiated learning strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
- Organize primary-level activities, events, assemblies, competitions, and educational programs.
- Maintain effective communication between teachers, parents, students, and school leadership.
- Assist in teacher mentoring, training, and professional-development activities.
- Ensure that school policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards are followed.
- Support the Principal/Head of School with primary-section planning and administration.
- Address student and parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification/certification.
- Previous teaching experience at the primary/elementary level.
- Experience in a leadership or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
