Position Overview
We are looking for two highly qualified, motivated, and experienced International Education Counselors (one female, one male) to spearhead student recruitment, admissions profiling, and visa processing workflows for our global university partner network. The ideal candidates must possess a deep understanding of overseas study guidelines and the current international visa regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end career mapping and academic profiling for students seeking overseas education.
- Guide applicants through the complete university lifecycle: application building, Statement of Purpose (SOP) reviews, document verification, and interview preparation.
- Manage end-to-end student visa processing operations, ensuring meticulous adherence to strict international immigration rules and financial compliance regulations.
- Conduct proactive lead-generation outreach, counseling walks-ins, and handling student/parent onboarding sessions.
- Maintain accurate updates across internal customer databases and global university application portals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of verified experience in overseas education counseling or international student recruitment.
- Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of intake structures, entry benchmarks, and visa rules (specifically for the UK, Europe, or other major global destinations).
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati to manage local parent-student consultations smoothly.
- Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream; direct international exposure or global certifications will be considered a distinct advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
