Job Description of "Business Analyst".
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the life insurance domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective insurance products, process improvements, and system enhancements.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for life insurance products and processes
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
3.Work on core life insurance areas such as:
Policy administration
.Underwriting
Claims processing
New business onboarding
Policy servicing (endorsements, renewals, etc.)
4. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
5. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test case creation and defect tracking
*Required Skills*
1. 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance
3. Hands-on experience with:
4. Requirement gathering techniques
5. Process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
6. Documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS)
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
