Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose mental health disorders using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when required.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, HR teams, or medical professionals when necessary.
- Conduct mental wellness workshops, awareness programs, and preventive sessions (if required).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied).
- Valid license or registration (RCI registered, if applicable).
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong internship exposure may apply).
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, REBT, or Behavioral Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in workplace counseling / academic counseling / clinical setup (as applicable).
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Emotional intelligence and active listening ability.
- Crisis management capability.
