Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst – Application to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, prepare functional documentation, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with business users to understand business processes and requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD),
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and user stories.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, use cases, and business workflows.
- Analyze existing applications and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the
- SDLC.
- Prioritize business requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification.
- Participate in application testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for requirement sign-off and change management.
- Prepare user manuals, release notes, and training documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of functional requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to create BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Experience in preparing wireframes using Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in UAT planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in application development projects.
- Experience working with Angular, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, or similar enterprise technology stacks.
- Experience in enterprise applications such as HRMS, ERP, CRM, Insurance or Manufacturing solutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
