Project Manager – Civil Construction Federal Constructions | Kochi, Kerala | Full-time
Federal Constructions is seeking an experienced (15+ years) Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and institutional building projects across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning to handover.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure timely completion within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, resource planning, and project reporting.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- RequirementsB.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction, including project management.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
