The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining high operational standards within the jewellery showroom.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Promote high-value jewellery collections and special promotions.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure an outstanding luxury shopping experience for every customer.
- Develop customer retention and repeat business strategies.
