Key Responsibilities
- Execute new site mobilization, onboarding, and operational setup.
- Conduct site surveys and assess manpower, accommodation, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate timely deployment of housekeeping and facility staff to client locations.
- Arrange employee accommodation and ensure smooth onboarding of migrant employees.
- Conduct employee induction in coordination with the HR team.
- Issue joining kits, uniforms, ID cards, and complete joining formalities.
- Ensure new sites are stabilized through close monitoring during the initial deployment period.
- Monitor daily site-wise attendance and maintain 98%+ manpower availability across all assigned sites.
- Identify manpower shortages and coordinate immediate replacements to avoid service disruptions.
- Track employee absenteeism and attrition; implement timely replacement plans.
- Maintain regular communication with Site Supervisors and ensure daily operational updates.
- Respond to client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, housekeeping standards, and workforce performance.
- Ensure employee grooming, discipline, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks, employee meetings, and operational briefings.
- Collect client feedback and coordinate corrective actions wherever required.
- Prepare and verify weekly and monthly attendance records for payroll processing.
- Submit accurate site-wise MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, and operational updates within defined timelines.
- Support invoice submission, billing coordination, and follow-up on pending invoices.
- Assist during client audits, statutory inspections, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and Star Performer nominations.
- Support local recruitment activities and manpower sourcing to fill vacancies quickly.
- Coordinate transportation and deployment logistics for newly recruited employees.
- Work closely with Operations Managers, HR, Finance, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client-specific requirements.
- Maintain complete operational documentation and records for all assigned sites.

- Maintain 98%+ manpower strength across assigned sites.
- Achieve 100% attendance accuracy for payroll processing.
- Ensure zero client complaints due to manpower shortages or delayed response.
- Complete all operational reports and MIS within the defined timelines.
- Ensure 100% compliance with employee induction, grooming, and deployment standards.
- Support successful stabilization of all new client sites without operational disruption.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
