Junior Graphic Designer
Mandatory Skills : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
6 mths - 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design specifically social media content
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Figma.
Must be available to work from our office (no remote/freelance engagement)
will need to attend an offline interview to complete a skill-test assignment
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Portfolio showcasing social media creatives is mandatory for consideration
Familiarity with design for digital marketing industry – especially Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Thumbnails for Paid campaigns
Willingness to follow structured checklists and internal SOPs
Comfortable interacting with customers for coordinating campaign requirements and communicating results
Must stay updated with current design trends, AI Prompts, AI Design Tools
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client projects
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing agency environment
Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
Must-Have Skills
Expertise in strategic typography and font psychology to establish industry-specific brand authority
Must know how to work non-destructively using layers and layer masks with Strong selection skills (Pen Tool, Object Selection, Refine Edge) are critical for cutting out subjects, with professional precision.
Must have clear Understanding on color adjustments such as Levels, Curves, Hue/Saturation, and Color Balance to create mood using color grading with camera raw filter
Should know how to place text with proper hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and readability.
Must be able to export files correctly for different platforms. This includes choosing the right formats maintaining resolution and color profiles and following platform-specific dimensions.
Should know how to use the Vanishing Point tool to place designs accurately aligned with the environment
Clear Understanding of a Visual Brief
Good written and verbal English communication skills
