Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture/Structure) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models for architectural and structural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for architectural and structural elements
- Work on Scan to BIM projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other teams
- Identify and resolve design clashes
- Ensure models meet project standards and quality requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and project updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Understanding of architectural and structural drawings
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
