Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in retail store technology and hands-on experience working with modern retail sales and store management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, point-of-sale systems, self-checkout, inventory management, loyalty programs, and store fulfillment workflows.
This role will partner closely with Business, Store Operations, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and QA teams to define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across the store technology ecosystem while ensuring seamless customer and Team Member experiences.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and execute the product roadmap for store systems and retail technology initiatives.

Store Technology Product Ownership

Serve as the Product Manager for store systems and retail technology capabilities.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience.

3+ years working with retail store systems.

Hands-on experience with retail store platform implementations, enhancements, or support.
