We We are in a high-growth phase and are looking for ambitious Business Development Executives to join our core team. This isn’t a "cog in the machine" role. You will be a primary driver of our company’s expansion, helping us define our sales processes, enter new markets, and build our brand from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments; help us figure out "who" our best customers are and "how" to reach them.
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage everything from cold prospecting and initial discovery calls to high-level negotiations and closing.
Process Creation: Help us build the "BD Playbook"—what scripts work? Which emails get replies? What is the ideal follow-up cadence?
Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company, bringing customer feedback directly to leadership to improve our product/service.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets to ensure the company’s sustainable scaling
