TRANSWAYS Realty is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost functions for a township project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Manage budgeting, tendering, billing and contract administration.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost forecasts and commercial dashboards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.
Requirements:
- 10–18 years in real estate construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, tendering, contracts and cost control.
- Experience in township, residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, AutoCAD and ERP systems.
