About the Company
Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a leading agro-based organization committed to delivering quality poultry feed solutions to the farming community. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and expand our Poultry Feed business across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Poultry Feed in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and poultry farmer networks across AP & TS.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, dealers, integrators, and distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Implement sales and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports to management.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline. Degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 8 years of mandatory experience in Poultry Feed sales, Animal Feed sales, Poultry Industry, or related sectors.
- Strong network within the poultry farming and feed industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
