What we are looking for? Highly motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic IT staffing requirements. This is an Individual Contributor role where the recruiter will be fully responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, negotiating, and onboarding candidates across client's diverse technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
- Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and create effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable talent quickly.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process until successful joining.
- Own and drive assigned requirements independently with strong accountability for closures and delivery timelines.
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance a robust database of active and passive IT professionals.
- Utilize job boards effectively to generate quality resumes and maximize sourcing productivity.
- Negotiate compensation packages, notice periods, and joining timelines while balancing client and candidate expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and minimize offer dropouts.
- Work on a wide range of technology requirements including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of staffing requirements.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment, Domestic Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Foundit, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to source candidates across multiple technologies and industry domains.
- Excellent candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
