Machine Operator – Ultrasonic Welding Machine
Job Description:
A Machine Operator for a Lighter Welding Machine is responsible for operating and monitoring the welding machine used in the production of disposable lighters. The operator ensures that all parts are properly welded, maintains consistent product quality, and follows production targets while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the lighter welding machine.
Load lighter components into the machine and unload finished products.
Adjust machine settings according to production requirements.
Inspect welded lighters for proper sealing, alignment, cracks, leaks, and other defects.
Remove defective products and report recurring quality issues.
Maintain the required production output while ensuring quality standards.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
Record production data, machine downtime, and quality inspection results.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with supervisors and the quality control team to resolve production issues.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
Ability to identify welding defects and quality issues.
Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills are an advantage.
Experience in lighter manufacturing or plastic product assembly is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,189.39 - ₹16,000.00 per month
