Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be able to foster early childhood development through play-based learning, storytelling, creative activities, and age-appropriate educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with the school's early childhood curriculum.
- Develop children's foundational skills in language, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, and interactive learning sessions.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of students at all times.
- Encourage good habits, social skills, and emotional development among children.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
- Collaborate with parents and school staff to support each child's growth and development.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, training programs, and other academic activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori Training, NTT, TTC, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Kindergarten/Pre-Primary teaching preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching young children may also apply.
