Position Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and data across various business functions, including accounts, administration, operations, and documentation. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in company software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
- Record and maintain accounting entries, invoices, purchase records, sales records, and payment details as instructed.
- Prepare and update registers, databases, and company records.
- Verify data accuracy before entering information into the system.
- Maintain digital and physical records of documents.
- Scan, file, and organize business documents and reports.
- Generate basic reports and summaries when required.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and update information.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Assist in documentation and administrative activities as assigned by management.
- Perform routine data backup and record maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting documents and business records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Computer certification or data entry training will be an added advantage.
- Graduate
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, accounts support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good computer proficiency may also apply.
Pay: From ₹13,450.94 per month
