We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Real Estate Development Company and take ownership of our customer relationship and accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession
- Oversee customer accounts, collections, receivables & payment follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, documentation, agreements & statements
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts & Legal teams
- Prepare MIS and provide regular reporting to management
- Ensure a seamless, professional customer experience
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Accounts
- Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer preferred
- Strong Excel, communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Highly organised, accountable and comfortable taking ownership
