We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, inventory, procurement, quality control, dispatch, maintenance, workforce management, and factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, controlling costs, improving productivity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day factory operations.
Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as Factory Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or Plant Head handling production, inventory, quality, dispatch, and manpower.
Industry Background: Prefer candidates from Automobile Accessories, Seat Cover Manufacturing, Garment/Apparel, Leather Goods, Bags, Upholstery, Furniture, Foam/Fabric Products, Plastic Products, Packaging, or General Manufacturing Industries.
Core Skills: Production Planning, Inventory Control, Vendor Management, Quality Control, ERP Software, Cost Reduction, Team Handling (50+ workers), Machine Maintenance, and Factory Operations Management.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
Experience: 3–10 years in manufacturing operations with strong leadership and team management skills.
