Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: In-house / Work From Home (WFH)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)+Incentive
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships over phone calls. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: 1 year of telecalling/customer support experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
