Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective and existing US-based clients. Preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent preferred.
- Strong understanding of US business culture and B2B sales processes.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in US time zones (night shift).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Knowledge of IT services and software solutions is an added advantage.
