Role Overview
The facilitator is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The teacher will support children’s early development across academic, social, emotional, and physical domains through engaging, play-based and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the curriculum.
2. Focus on foundational skills
3. Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, role-play, and hands-on activities.
4. Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independent thinking.
5. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
6. Manage student behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
7. Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning corners.
8. Observe and monitor each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
9. Support emotional and social development (sharing, communication, teamwork).
10. Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
11. Maintain student portfolios and records.
12. Share feedback with parents through meetings, reports, and communication apps.
13. Address parent concerns professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications
Graduate with Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / B.Ed)
Prior experience teaching pre-primary classes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
