Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow Mayrake's presence on Amazon India, Amazon US, Myntra, and Etsy — driving sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement globally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts, listings, and account health across all platforms
Create SEO-optimised product listings with A+ content and brand-aligned imagery
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Etsy Ads, Myntra promotions)
Analyse sales data to optimise pricing and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with the design team for seasonal launches and inventory planning
Monitor competitor trends and manage customer reviews and ratings.
Qualifications-
2–6 years of proven experience managing seller accounts on Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central), Myntra, and/or Etsy; experience across multiple platforms is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in growing sales and improving key metrics (conversion rate, ACOS, return rate, seller rating) on e-commerce marketplaces.
Proficiency in Amazon advertising tools (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP), Etsy Ads, and Myntra's promotional infrastructure.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices for product listings — keyword research, search rank optimisation, and content strategy tailored to each platform's algorithm.
Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or equivalent) to drive data-backed decisions.
Familiarity with the fashion and apparel category — understanding of Indian textiles, ethnic wear, or premium lifestyle segments is a significant advantage.
Strong copywriting and communication skills for creating persuasive product descriptions and brand content in English.
Knowledge of cross-border selling requirements for Amazon US — international shipping, customs, pricing, and compliance — is preferred.
Location Full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
