Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager position based across multiple regions in India, including Rajasthan, Kolkata (West Bengal), Odisha, Punjab, South Kerala, Mumbai, and Himachal Pradesh.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of Implant Genesis in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with dental professionals and distributors. This is a field-based, target-driven role suited to a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers, including dental clinics, hospitals, dental colleges, distributors, and procurement organizations.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote and present Implant Genesis's complete portfolio of dental implant products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and training sessions for dental professionals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Represent the company at dental conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, generate leads, and close business opportunities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the dental, dental implant, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Existing network of dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, or distributors within the assigned region.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with dental implant products, clinical workflows, and the dental market is highly desirable.
