Job Title: Machining Expert – 1 (RFQ/CIS)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Machining Expert with experience in RFQ (Request for Quotation) preparation and CIS activities. The candidate will be responsible for machining process planning, cost estimation, feasibility analysis, and supporting new business development through accurate RFQ submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer drawings and technical requirements.
- Prepare RFQs, cost estimates, and machining process plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new products and projects.
- Define machining cycle times, tooling, and process requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Support CIS activities and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure optimum manufacturing cost and productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of RFQ preparation, costing, and process planning.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience: 7-14 Years (Preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
