We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy consultations, supervising junior physiotherapists, developing patient-centered treatment plans, and ensuring clinical excellence across services.
The candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, communication skills, and experience in handling patients through virtual or in-person platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional physiotherapy consultations and treatment sessions to patients.
- Assess patient conditions and develop customized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as required.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior physiotherapists and interns.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Conduct patient education sessions regarding posture, exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Support operational planning and contribute to service quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in webinars, training programs, workshops, and educational activities organized by the company.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid registration/license to practice physiotherapy.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and rehabilitation physiotherapy.
- Experience in teleconsultation or virtual physiotherapy services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and guide a clinical team effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong patient counseling and case management abilities.
- Knowledge of digital healthcare platforms and electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
