About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer with a B.Arch background to join our team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D Interior Visualization, SketchUp, realistic rendering, interior design, and architectural visualization.
The role will involve creating high-quality 3D interiors, realistic renders, design presentations, and walkthroughs for luxury villas, farmhouses, premium residences, and high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D interior models for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residences.
- Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp or equivalent software.
- Create realistic interior renders using Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, or similar rendering software.
- Develop interior concepts, furniture layouts, material selections, lighting, textures, and finishes.
- Create photorealistic visualization for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms, lounges, and other interior spaces.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs and presentation visuals for management and clients.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert 2D concepts into detailed 3D models.
- Coordinate 3D designs with architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare or understand AutoCAD 2D drawings including plans, elevations, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and interior details.
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, finishes, and decorative elements.
- Make design and visualization revisions based on project requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, and design details.
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project/Site Teams.
- Ensure final renders meet the required luxury and premium design standards.
Required Technical SkillsMandatory
- B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in 3D Visualization / Interior Design
- SketchUp – Mandatory
- Experience with at least one of:
- Enscape
- D5 Render
- Lumion
- Good understanding of Interior Design and Space Planning
- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and finishes
- Ability to create realistic and presentation-quality renders

- Have a strong 3D Visualization Portfolio.
- Have excellent knowledge of interior design and architectural visualization.
- Can independently develop a 3D model from architectural drawings or concepts.
- Have strong design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Understand scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and spatial planning.
- Can work under project timelines and deliver quality output.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Are willing to work Onsite in Bangalore.
- Are comfortable attending a practical technical assignment at our office.
