We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations, preferably within a software/IT organization.
Requirements
Bachelors/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong experience in hiring for IT/Software roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
Team handling and mentoring experience.
Work Location: In person
