We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Android Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern Android development practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using modern development frameworks and best practices.
- Build robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications for Android devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production incidents.
- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android Jetpack components.
- Solid understanding of MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern UI development.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and network libraries such as Retrofit.
- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger/Hilt.
- Experience with local databases such as Room or SQLite.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of mobile application lifecycle, performance tuning, and memory management.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
