Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Professional to lead and manage our IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires someone who is innovative, collaborative, and capable of handling both strategic and operational IT responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee server management, maintenance, and security
- Handle cloud storage systems, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Lead website development and maintenance initiatives
- Troubleshoot IT issues across software and hardware systems
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain IT policies, systems, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational needs
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing IT teams
- Strong knowledge of servers, cloud infrastructure, and website development
- Hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting (software and hardware)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to new ideas and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cybersecurity practices
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems and network infrastructure
- Project management experience is a plus
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
