Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Director to plan, organize, and follow up on key business priorities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of projects and action items.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Draft professional emails, official letters, and other business correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Manage meetings, schedules, travel plans, and important business commitments.
- Gather business information, conduct research, and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, industry associations, government bodies, and other external stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure smooth communication between the MD and internal teams while maintaining complete confidentiality.
- Track ongoing projects, monitor deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Support the MD in organizing leadership meetings, customer visits, and other business events.
- Handle day-to-day executive and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
