We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents navigating the critical post-NEET exam phase. You will analyze student scores, provide expert career mapping, and guide them toward the best medical and healthcare education pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-NEET Counselling: Guide students on medical career options (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Allied Health) based on their NEET scores and ranks.
- Admission Guidance: Explain college selection, state/all India counselling processes, seat matrices, and fee structures.
- Lead Conversion: Call and meet prospective students/parents to convert leads into final admissions.
- Relationship Building: Address parent anxieties by providing honest, accurate, and reassuring career roadmaps.
- Documentation: Manage student database, track admission statuses, and maintain daily counseling records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Psychology, Education, or Marketing backgrounds preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or NEET/JEE coaching institute counseling.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the NEET counselling process, cut-offs, and medical college admission timelines.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
Pay: ₹15,312.07 - ₹30,387.89 per month
