We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Negotiate and close deals professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends (with a weekly day off).
