About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HRBP to support and partner with operations teams at Loco Bear. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth people operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an HR partner for business/operations teams
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
Support manpower planning and recruitment coordination
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices
Support performance management and appraisal cycles
Work closely with L&D for training and development initiatives
Maintain HR data, reports, and dashboards
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
4–8 years of experience in HRBP / Generalist role
Experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR industry preferred
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
