Education Counsellor – Australia
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Education Counsellor – Australia to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counselling students for Australian universities and colleges, handling admissions, and guiding students throughout the application and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in Australia.
- Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, from application to enrollment.
- Assist students with document collection and application submission.
- Provide accurate information about Australian universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
- Guide students on the Australian student visa process and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Achieve monthly counselling, admission, and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor for Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian universities, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling Australia student admissions and visa applications.
- Knowledge of IELTS, PTE, GTE/GS requirements, and Australian education pathways.
- Ability to convert enquiries into enrollments through effective counselling.
