Registration.
1. Coordinate with the Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) officials.
- Coordinate with SRO authorities to obtain the payment link, wherever required.
- Ensure seal and signature requirements are completed on the documents as per SRO norms.
2. Cross-check the final draft, Identify any last-minute changes or objections.
3. Immediately inform Mrs. Savitha for necessary corrections.
4. Handle execution of outside agreements, including:
- Obtaining signatures from concerned parties, ensuring payment-related formalities are completed.
5. Ensure the presence of all required parties (Executants, Claimants, Witnesses, Identifiers) at the SRO on the scheduled date and time.
6. Coordinate at the SRO for Collection of signatures from all parties.
7. Arranging xerox/printouts or any additional document requirements.
8. After completion of registration, Collect the registered original documents from the SRO and safely hand over the same to the office for further processing.
Liaison.
1.
Assist in Phodi of Granted Lands by preparing and submitting applications along with relevant documents, follow up with the case worker, further process with VA, RI, Tahashildar, ADLR, DDLR, Special Tahashildar & Bhoomi to finally get the RTC updated with new Sy. No. as instructed by Manager.
2.
Assist in the process of Sale Permission, in respect of PTCL lands, by assisting in application filing and coordinating with Taluk office, follow up the process with VA, RI, DT, Tahashildar, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Revenue Commissioner and finally with the Ministry of Revenue Department for obtaining the orders.

Assist in Procurement of documents as per the check list raised by the legal team instructions from Manager on scrutiny of legal documents from record rooms of taluk office, survey department, sub registrar’s office.

Assist in Obtaining the necessary documents from Gram Panchayat, Assistant Commissioner, KIADB, etc. as per Team Manager instructions.
5.
Assist in Correction of RTC with Taluk office for mismatch of extent, 11e Sketch for registration of partial extent of land in RTC, Khata Transfer after sale deed, Pavathi Khata transfer as per instruction.
6.
Procurement of order copies from Tahashildar, Special Tahashildar, Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner Courts as per the requirements communicated by the reporting manager.
7.
As per Manager instruction Change of land use process by making an application to the DPA, coordination with ADLR section for obtaining the survey sketch, NOC from KIADB, Assistant Commissioner’s office, Gram Panchayat, submitting the documents for further clarifications.
8.
Coordination with different departments like documentation, non-litigation, litigation, accounts, survey departments.
9.
Attending the land surveys for the purpose of fixing the boundaries – Haddubast survey, for the purpose of preparing the 11e sketch as instructed by the Liaison team leads.
10.
All other tasks assigned by the Liaison team manager & Registration Team from time to time based on the requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
