Job Title: Sales Manager – Paper Printing IndustryJob Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the Paper Printing Industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, and customer acquisition within commercial printing, packaging printing, publication printing, labels, or related printing segments. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Paper Printing industry.
- Promote commercial printing, offset printing, packaging printing, labels, brochures, catalogues, books, cartons, inserts, and other printing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
- Meet corporate clients, publishers, FMCG companies, pharmaceutical companies, packaging companies, advertising agencies, and commercial businesses to understand their printing requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve commercial or service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely payment collections as per company policies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales pipelines, and customer visit reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the company's products and services.
- Develop key accounts and expand business with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred).
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in the Paper Printing, Commercial Printing, Offset Printing, Packaging Printing, Label Printing, or Publication Printing industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, paper grades, printing materials, finishing techniques, and packaging applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
