Job Role & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and
relationship management for solar solutions in Pune and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and explain solar solutions tailored to customer
needs.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and system designs in coordination with the
technical team.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, housing societies, and
industrial clients.
- Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and industry trends.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet targets.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of solar power systems and renewable energy (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical, or power
sector.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for renewable energy may also
apply.
