Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive BIM Coordinator with 4–5 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on BIM experience. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and have strong coordination skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, ensuring project standards are maintained, and taking ownership of assigned tasks while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and clash-free models.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned project deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure BIM standards, project workflows, and quality requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, reports, and model updates.
- Support project planning and resolve coordination issues proactively.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating responsibility and initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of dedicated BIM experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Autodesk Navisworks
- AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- BIM coordination and clash detection
- Model review and quality control
- Understanding of BIM standards and project workflows

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
