➢ Conduct Work Readiness Module as per the guidelines & prescribed schedule.
➢ To look after the training and placement activities of students
➢ Arrange training programmes for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
Field Assignments /Guest Lecturer /Volunteering Engagement:
➢ Arrange Aspirants Field Visits ➢ Arrange Alumni Interactions ➢ Arrange Guest Lectures by the local industries ➢ Arrange Volunteering engagements ➢ To organize the entrepreneurship workshops ➢ To work in consultation with coordinator Industry –Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industry. ➢ Give Feedback to the aspirants & Counsel them to improve the desired qualities Major Responsibilities Include: ➢ Achieve the training and placement targets as per the project guidelines ➢ Actively participate in outreach / Mobilization activities. ➢ Must be willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment with an out-of-the-box approach, proactive, result-oriented and ability to meet various deadlines and reporting requirements. ➢ Participate in workshops for establishing links between skills available among candidates and their potential employers. ➢ Identifying the needs of Employers and connecting them from sensitization ➢ To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement ➢ Independently handling OJT, Industrial exposure training for the respective centers ➢ Generate employment opportunities for NIRMAAN Students, People with Disabled students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships. ➢ Conduct Job fair at center and develop relationships with employers to create student livelihoods. ➢ Pitch NIRMAAN products in Corporate and Small scale industries ➢ Connect and build rapport with local employers of his/her area and convert them as panel employers to ensure the job opportunities to the aspirants ➢ Responsible for converting all the job roles into relevant format ➢ Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals. ➢ Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. ➢ Ensure to place all the students. ➢ Manage complete process of hiring candidates by contacting employers ➢ Receiving vacancies information all sectors ➢ To arrange for interview facilities at the campus ➢ Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers. ➢ Managing issuance of appointment letters and following up employed candidates for monitoring requirements and other feedbacks. ➢ Keep close contact with important employers and to keep on increasing personal contact with effective employers ➢ Ensure continued employment status of placements for a specific period.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
