We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. This is a leadership position requiring exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our design studio. You will coordinate project teams, monitor schedules, review drawings and visualizations for quality and accuracy, communicate with internal stakeholders, and ensure every project progresses efficiently through each stage of development.
You will work closely with architects, interior designers, 3D visualization artists, CAD technicians, and senior management while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage multiple architectural and interior design projects simultaneously.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Coordinate project workflows across multiple departments.
- Track project progress and regularly report status to senior management.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards before submission.
Technical Review
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy, completeness, and coordination.
- Verify construction documentation prior to client issue.
- Review 3D renderings and visualizations to ensure they accurately represent the approved design.
- Coordinate revisions between architects, designers, engineers, and visualization teams.
- Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and quality control procedures.
Team Leadership
- Assist with the daily management of architects, designers, CAD technicians, and rendering staff.
- Allocate workloads and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor staff productivity and assist in maintaining project deadlines.
- Mentor junior team members and encourage professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance office culture.
Office Administration
- Support general office operations and workflow management.
- Assist in implementing company procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Help improve operational efficiency across the office.
- Support senior leadership with planning and resource management.
Client Coordination
- Participate in internal and external project meetings.
- Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
- Ensure client comments and revisions are accurately incorporated into project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within an architecture or interior design practice.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent design projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing production and construction documentation.
- Experience reviewing technical drawings for quality and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
