We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Real Estate Sales Branch Manager to lead our sales force to new heights
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all pre and post sales services,
- Handling of entire branch.
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Daily Team Meetings/ Motivation
- Continuous follow up with the customers and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
- Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use competitors projects;
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important customers.
- Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set.
- Organize various lead generation activities for the branch.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Develop and implement innovative sales plans to expand our market share and optimize lead conversion.
- Oversee complex negotiations and ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
. Qualification:
Bachelors / MBA- Sales & Marketing, Communications, or related field
