We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace account management, product listing optimization, sales growth strategies, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, improving product visibility, maintaining account health, and managing day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Perform keyword research and implement marketplace SEO strategies to improve product ranking.
- Manage product catalog, variations, pricing, offers, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Monitor daily sales performance, orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and marketplace visibility.
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads, etc.
- Analyze advertising reports, ACOS, ROAS, sales data, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain marketplace account health and resolve listing, policy, and operational issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with inventory, operations, and content teams for smooth marketplace management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Ajio seller platforms.
- Experience in product listing creation and optimization.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and ranking improvement techniques.
- Experience in managing PPC advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of sales reports, analytics, and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple marketplace accounts independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
