- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including writing efficient queries and stored procedures.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools to maintain code quality and streamline deployment.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to effectively contribute to iterative development.
