We are looking for a skilled Thermic Boiler Operator to operate and maintain coal-fired boilers, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring equipment, maintaining records, and following all safety procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and control coal-fired boilers and related equipment
- Manage fuel feeding systems and ensure proper coal supply to the furnace
- Handle ash removal and disposal systems efficiently
- Start up and shut down boilers as per standard procedures
- Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, and water levels
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment (pumps, fans, compressors)
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
- Identify and report any abnormalities or equipment issues
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the boiler area
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations
